These Terms of Service govern your use of LazyFare ("we," "us," or "our") and the flight price monitoring service available at lazyfare.net. By creating a watchlist, you agree to these terms.
LazyFare monitors flight prices on routes you select and sends you an email alert when fares drop into the bottom 20% of historical prices for that route. We do not sell flights, hold inventory, or guarantee any particular fare will be available when you click through to book. We are a notification service, not a travel agency or booking platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address you own and control. LazyFare is currently in beta and available by direct access only.
By creating a watchlist, you consent to receive price alert emails for the specific route you selected, a confirmation email when your watchlist is created, and periodic check-in emails if no deal has been found recently. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that immediately removes the relevant watchlist. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
Flight prices are volatile and change frequently. LazyFare reports prices we observed at the time of our check. By the time you click through to book, the fare may have increased, sold out, or changed in other ways. We make no warranty that any price we alert you to will be available, accurate, or bookable. Always verify fares directly with the airline or booking platform before making any decisions.
LazyFare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed deals, booking costs, travel expenses, or other losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on our alerts. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of LazyFare is limited to zero dollars, as the service is provided free of charge.
We make reasonable efforts to keep LazyFare running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may pause, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.
You may stop using LazyFare at any time by deleting your watchlists or using the unsubscribe link in any email. We may remove your watchlists or block your email address if we determine you are misusing the service (for example, by creating bulk watchlists or repeatedly marking our emails as spam).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LazyFare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
